Rules

- No quad bikes, noisy motorcycles, or 4x4 scrambling on the estate.
- No commercial hunting or trapping of any wildlife.
- All visitors must be registered by the responsible owner.
- No fires outside of designated boma or braai areas.
- Household waste must be removed from the estate by owners.
- All building plans require ARC approval before construction starts.
- No generator or noise disturbances after 21:00.
